Our process is pretty simple. We utilize a high-performance truck mount in conjunction with a Rotovac 360i that allows us to perform hot water extraction. The Rotovac 360i is a rotary jet extractor. It rinses with 3 jets then extracts with 3 vacuum ports all while agitating. It thoroughly deep cleans carpet with multi-directional cleaning passes. The agitation helps lift fibers at the base, bringing carpet back to life. We  will do a thorough walk-through inspection with you to discuss any problem areas and spots. After viewing all areas to be cleaned, we will move any light furniture, tables, and toys. We will then spray a specific pre-treatment designated for your carpet material. After agitating the pre-treatment, we will let it dwell for 10 minutes, then get to work! Your carpet will be rinsed of any applied chemicals, detergents, or spotters while extracting enough water to leave your carpet slightly damp to the touch. Once finished, we will do a post-cleaning inspection with you to make sure that you are 100% satisfied.
